Boatboatboat
Do you use ground beef /hamburger, or a special course grind of beef?
mikeman
The walmart brand is like 94 cents/can, hard to walk past that without tossing a can in the cart.

RaiseThese
I like to use some ground pork as well when the price of beef is too high. Go 50/50 or so For the last year or so I get ground pork for 99cents to 1.49 /lb while ground beef 2-3x that price. Also cheaper cuts of beef that are cut up into smallish chunks like in stews are a good choice.
The X
Any ground meat. Mostly beef. Just don't break it up to much. Need some chunks.
Boatboatboat
Im looking for a kinda dense chunky texture. Could i just dice up very small pieces of beef, size of a marble?

Taco salad is good. Our wendys is drive through only since March....but you can put up tents in the parking lot and seat people. Pa really is fuked up. sweeper
Boat- I will show u exactly what u want once I get to work tomorrow....u should be able to find this as long as your local butcher shop has a course grind nipple for their worm.....expect some push back unless you are buying 10lbs plus. It is a pain in the ass to clean the grinder and change the blade/nipple combo

Boatboatboat
i have seen that in stores. i want a bit courser. Thinking of buying sirloin having it run thru tenderizer than cutting into small cubes. i like a Texas red chilli, no beans
sweeper
If u are using a muscle I would classify that as a stew, not chili
