TGI Friday's thread was a real wake-up call. I can't wind up like PO- wearing oversized Hawaiian and Poker shirts before I even hit 40. I'll use this thread as a motivator and to keep track of my weight loss. Day 1:

You guys will be the first to know when I finally get out of this funk and start doing something about my weight issue.

Start it tomorrow.

 

Force yourself to hit the gym tomorrow. Even 25-30 mins of incline walking on the threadmill will help You'll be happy you did when it's over. Sooner you take that first step and start to make it a habit ,sooner you can see your pinga again.
