WVU Posted September 17, 2021 Author Report Share Posted September 17, 2021 At today’s Miami Beach Commission meeting I will bring for a vote one of my initiatives directing our legal team to start appealing judicial dismissals of our lawful arrests for repeat offenders. 383 of the 418 (92%) municipal ordinance arrests our police have made since October have been dismissed either by our City prosecutor or the Court. We do not currently appeal dismissals. Florida for October/November that that is not costing more than 2x-3x vs last year? Cheaper to buy a used a car and then sell it when the winter is over than have to throw away $1500 a month fpr a car from Budget or Hertz, etc. Know any local city locationsfor such?
