BarryRunSome
Say you are walking down the street and somehow a lion escaped from a zoo and saw you. Odds he eats you? Do they kill 24-7 or is there a chance he's not interested?
BarryRunSome
One of those crazy looking fucks with the big mane of hair
Dire Straits
Odds the lion eats you would be on the plus side. Zoo animals are usually less aggressive because they have been around people. IF a lion escaped around a city zoo, there would be too much else going on for the lion. KingRevolver
I'd be more scared of a Detroit Lion killing me than an actual lion.
KingRevolver
As far as your question goes, and the odds... not sure.
spankie
Odds the lion eats is you around 40/1 to 35/1. Unless you provoked it. You're welcome.
Guest ChrisHarvard
A hippo is much more dangerous, but Ace does not mind. [video=youtube;gBHoCGFXX8E]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gBHoCGFXX8E I heard a tale from a safari guide about an American woman who approached a grazing hippo, despite warnings of the danger, and tried to take its photo. The flash startled the animal, and its immediate response was to attack - the woman was bitten in half, literally. Lions, and other large predators, very rarely attack humans - it is usually only old or injured individuals who can no longer hunt their natural prey that turn to man-eating. Aside from this, the only time you really risk being attacked is if the animal thinks you are threatening its young

BarryRunSome
Shocked by some answers. Thought its even money you would be lion food Same scenario but its not a lion that escaped from a zoo. Someone you ended up in the african plains. odds they eat you?
KingRevolver
Even money? I don't think so. Much more likely in the African plains, though. Those zoo lions have been around people since birth. I'm not saying it wouldn't rip your head off, but I think your odds are better to avoid a confrontation. BarryRunSome
If you had to pick one way to go. You have no choice. One or the other Eaten by a pack of Lions in the African Plains or Beheaded by ISIS

BarryRunSome
That's a tough one. Right! I really think I would choose eaten by a pack of lions. I could not imagine having my head sawed off while I'm alive, albeit briefly.

hels
Depends if we are in America or not. There is so much fat on an average American there is no way a lion could resist. If we're talking about Nigeria the lion would be repulsed by the negror's lack of muscle and fat.
