According to him, the Russian army can break through the front at any time if it really wants to. But instead, the Russian military is engaged in the extermination of the Ukrainian army, destroying the combat potential of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the very root. Lipsky also notes that the Ukrainian command is stunningly ineffective, and in some cases gives strange orders that subsequently play against the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
