Then I heard people actually talking and screaming and looked up and there were 6 or so people jumping out of an airplane...This went on for about 5 hours or so...,30 people or so jumped while I was there...Came home to find out it is skydiving club after searching internet and they have had multiple fatalities,including 1 a couple weeks ago... https://www.wbtw.com/news/state-regional-news/skydivers-speak-out-after-parachuter-killed-in-hard-landing-at-skydive-carolina-in-south-carolina/ The noise when engaging their parachutes is a rumble...And is also a lesson on how sound travels even 1000's of feet in air...
