For example, I can walk through and around the M and WYNN casino for 30 minutes and not smell a hint of smoke, and one cannot smell a hit of smoke on me when get back home.

Now, at the CASTAWAYS, one could be in there 8 minutes and your clothes would reek until washed.

M very under rated when it comes to smoke smell, can barely smell any smoke, but plenty of good restaurants to fill the air with nice food smell.

My opinion happens to be the majority opinion.  Which is why smoking days are numbered indoors

Because we rule on opinions now.  God help a business decide to change to non smoking because they are losing tons of business because people arent going because they hate smoke.  Nope, we need big gov to tell that business what they can do because many share the same opinion.

You guys keep refusing to do anything yourself and youll end up with big gov running your life.

Now that i very rarely spend time where there is smoking, when i do encounter it I can usually smell it on my clothes the next day, i dont always smell it because i dont always sniff my clothes.  Smoking in the occasional bar or casino's is not a big deal, the fact WVU thinks it is is really sad. Not surprising but sad.

luckily for you, your colon is the far likely candidate to go first before your lungs, so you're ok to breathe in all the smokes in every casino in the US.

You must conform to their demands for comfort.

Hence cancel culture.

They cannot allow for you to be different than them.

Misery loves company.

Yeah.  Fremont is bad.

But I would easily win a blindfold bet against WVU between the Wynn and Park MGM (which is non-smoking).

Honestly I don't really smell it in any casino on the strip unless I'm standing next to an active smoker. And the same is true outdoors, I don't smell smoke at the beach unless I'm standing next to a smoker.

We rule on majority opinion, yes.  That’s how it works.  We definitely don’t rule on facts.  Are you saying we do?
