WVU
10% tip on take out every time. They have to put it together and the shop has to pay for to go containers and plastic utensils.

Why all of the sudden is there all this pressure to tip when I’m picking up?
KingRevolver
Ordered Uber Eats the other day... decided on a $6 tip. Then I find out it's a fuckin' guy delivering on a bicycle. I was shocked. So, I changed my tip to $20. Felt bad. Only telling you guys that so you don't think I'm a cheap fuck!

The X
Always. 20%. In fact it takes them longer to package up stuff than it does to carry a plate to you.

I have a general idea of where you live. There were no hills to climb and it hasn't been especially hot out. You over tipped for bicycling. I just dont think a tip for takeout is warranted since they dont give you a service. now if you are well off and fell like spreading it around, fine, but it shouldn't be expected.
