Don't you know the rules?

Keto takes an off day on Thanksgiving.

Unfortunately, until ur “fat adapted,”  unlike other diets, you can’t have a day off.   If I didn’t have a wedding to attend on MYE, and a dress I need to make sure fits I would…but I know there will be off days when with family at Christmas so I need to be ahead of the game.  Fok you all you eat8 g dressing and mashed potatoes! 😝

Please consider keto light and intermittent fasting as an alternative to straight up keto.

Have done both in past.   Really like IF, but I do prefer cream in my morning coffee if doing keto unfortunately.

Never understood intermittent fasting. If you're going to intake 2000 calories a day, it should make no difference if it is spread out or in a 4 hour window.

Losing weight is all about calories intake

You wouldn’t think so, but it does.  I know from experience, but here’s the science.
