Basically aiming to buy one 500m2+ lot next year when the wife and I come back there around July... could be near the coast, or near the mountain area... I have to check with my family but just wondering, you have built and designed your own properties, right? Any advice? We already predesigned ours but would like to start locking on contractors and such. We want to be it as further away from Nicaragua and San Jose as possible... so most likely aiming near Palo Verde in Cartago and Southern Guanacaste.
