this was one that i used to chart

not even close to as lucrative as those nba score 1st (with guys like brook lopez winning every tip for brooklyn), before the books adjusted lines... they actually used to just have the favorite in the game shaded to score 1st

for mlb, this could be fine-tuned to avoid good pitchers, however some of the better pitchers are slow starters and have ridiculously high 1st inning era/whip

the advantage is all in how many books you have available to line shop, and how much you can bet

potawatomi here has YES pirates/rockies at -150 with unlimited max (kiosks)... bookmaker is -174... betonline was -139 before i bet it

so of course it's a shit bet at -174 but a pretty good one at -139

if anyone plays at betnow, they use betonline's prop markets, but you can bet 1000 (shh don't tell them)

good stuff MM.  Im only using 3 books, 2 of them are instate only and one offshore.  I wish I had more time to line shop, because you are right, it will make a huge difference at the end of the year.

What book gives a 1st inning line of 0.5 ? It’s simply ‘will there be a score in the 1st inning…

BTW…..this won’t work….there’s offset ideas of maybe ways to play it but every game every day will result in negative bank roll and that’s a Fact!!!

Books like FD and DK do.  They offer a lot of the props in 0.5 o/u, must be faster to enter I guess.

yeah, your right.  You should just go back to those offshore casinos.  Much better chance to make money

An angle that would actually work (this one wont 100% fact) is to track all teams for 162 games and find each and everyone’s longest streak of their games which ended up with no score in the 1st

Find the median avg and use that as a guide to know when to start betting and press until 1u made……do this for all 30teams and make an easy 30u

Greatest system ever…

You guys maight want to take a look at betting every game 1st inning Over 0,5 run with another bet Over 1.5 hits in the 1st inning so there 2 wagers on the same game. Years ago I did this with the EU books and the Asians, the math works way better then just betting 1st inning Over 0.5 run. There plenty of single home runs  in the 1st inning with just 1 hit and there scoreless innings with 2-4 hits. All I can tell it has to be 2 wagers, you will avoid loosing streaks and make money. Maybe the odds are changed, but from my naked eye doesn't look like it.

I don't mind sharing I got way better tricks to make money.

I would be leery of afternoon getaway days and Sundays where both teams are traveling after the game.  It seems like a lot of core players sit these out.   Just food for thought.

for now I want to track all games to see how it does.  I may adjust if I see trends in a few months, but for now Im keeping my opinions out of it, and just blind betting them.  Good points made probably but my thoughts are that the books also know this and lines are adjusted.  Often when we think we have an angle, the books knew it way before we did.

I pretty much quit Sundays a while ago, too many lineup changes.
