Heavy rain last night all across southern Mn and WI - I got 1.7 inches(on top of .75 2 days earlier) - I guarantee we'll still be labeled in a moderate drought on thursday. Here's the latest chart - keep in mind all the heavy rains from 10-14 days ago are not on this - virtually the entire corn belt nationwide has had 1-2 inches or more of rain in the last 7 days.
