First college hoops bet of the season

Monday game

Princeton +7.5

Neutral location (Trenton). Rutgers will have more fans there but won't be anything like their RAC home court advantage. Students won't be there.

Princeton lost their great big man from the Tournament run, but they still have couple main guys that were part of that run. Shooters all over. Their best wing is back and the point guard.

Rutgers will need time to gel, they have three new guys who will be part of core, transfer point guard from Umass, a five star freshman, and another freshman guard. Their white shooter left for Uconn. Their best defensive player is still not 100% off knee surgery and will be worked back slowly. Their center has big advantage with Princeton being little light at the five but Cliff O is not game take over type of player.

Rutgers will play faster this year, that's a definite with Mulcahay gone, but three point shooting won't be consistent huge threat unless that freshman is as good as some say.

Should be two possession game, don't see Rutgers pulling away from a decent team like this early in the season
