The people responsible for HIPPA laws are those that keep the information not the public. So they have a responsibility to keep any private medical info out of sight. A couple was getting their marriage license and this dude is standing right there filming. The old lady clerk asked him politely to give them some privacy because they are using confidential info like SS numbers. The video guy says it is their job to create privacy and he has a right to film in public places. The guy getting the license pushed him and the video guy calls to the cops to press charges.
