This was the plan.  I had to modify on the fly.  Those 75s aren’t as easy as they used to be.  I went 74,75,75,76,76,75,75,76,77,77,76,76 and I skipped the last four.  That was the hardest workout in a while. That’s how you develop speed.  Pushing through at a high heart rate.  These workouts will turn a 21 minute 5k into a 19 minute 5k
