RudyRuder Posted November 21, 2023 Report Share Posted November 21, 2023 I usually see ignorant fukks saying "FLIP ONE TIME ONLY" that is completely wrong think about it...if you want medium rare and it cooks half and half, the exact center will be medium rare after flipping once...but just outside center is medium, farther away is well done what you want want to do is flip constantly. this keeps the juices flowing back AND THE HEAT FROM GETTING TOO HOT ON ONE SIDE a great cook doesnt just hit the center at medium rare...a great cook leaves no dark rings around the medium rare center YOU ARE WELCOME Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
