It says the 2000 must be played through 1x, doesn’t mention anything in the email about odds to clear rollover. And whether you win on your freeplays or lose, cash out your balance and leave balance at 0 and play elsewhere, and they'll keep sending you the same offer every couple weeks. I always leave my balance at 0 and i get at least 1 deposit bonus per month and I have friends that always have a draftkings balance and they never ever get anything.
