Since their inaugural season 1999 they have hovered around the top ten in winning games so they arent like the Browns,Jaguars,Lions,Jets,etc. They will be fine come next March in free agency the Titans will have more cap room 100 million plus than almost any other team as well as a top ten draft pick.
