57 Always in good shape. Contractor always worked in field on site.

Last 3 years 5 % in field.

Now just sell and let guys do the work.

Sugar borderline

Cholesterol high borderline

Time to make a change to get blood levels to normal.

So much shit and chemicals in what we eat from grocery stores. Never really paid to much attention to any of this shit.

Doing a shit ton of research on Grass fed and free-range chickens' eggs etc.

Time to buy a freezer and start getting meats directly from local farm and butcher.

It isn't cheap to eat healthy.!

Anyone else here eating only grass-fed beef etc..  ?

Hers a local farm pricing ,seems about average here in MD

This package will include approximately 50 pounds of meat. While the exact number may very depending on inventory, your meat will allotted in these categories:

6 Premium steaks such as Porterhouse, T-Bone, Delmonico and NY Strip

6 Value steaks divided between Sirloin, Ranch, Chuck Eye, and Skirt

3 Roasts divided between, Chuck, Eye Round, Rump and Sirloin

25 lbs of Ground Beef in 1 pound packs

4 lbs of Stew Meat

5 lbs of Short ribs. May need to substitute Brisket or Flat Iron Steaks if we run short of ribs

2 Packs of Soup Bones.

500.00 for everything above vacuum sealed and labeled.

Would prob never use the short ribs or soup bones.

Getting started on this JAN 1ST

My advice is to start eating like me.

that health stuff, organic, grass fed, cage free, etc is a con.

Sorry but it's true. We have the highest cancer rate in the world.

Plenty of research done on this shit, wish it was a con.

The cows we eat from USDA on grain farms are barely alive when they are butchered.

They literally have to teeth from all the antibiotics and other shit they are fed to bulk them up.

That kills all the Omega 3s that we need

Human biologists, and cardio Drs agree,

Talked with a Dr from India a few years ago , he was telling me the reason we have so much Cancer and inflammation etc.. is because we don't eat anything natural here anymore.

Most vegetables are not grown in the ground anymore.

83 % of everything in a grocery store is now processed food.

Best to split a cow with someone at a local farm.

Look into the benefits of 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper daily.
Look into the benefits of intermittent fasting.

Yeah would def buy a cow and give a 1/3 to each child.

Already on the intermitting fasting, def benefits from that.

Cayenne pepper still have to get ,I watched a video about mixing that with I think some olive oil.

From what I’m aware, the cayenne and olive oil are part of of a holistic cold remedy. As far as daily consumption, 1/4 spoon of c pepper in a bit of water.

magnesium and vit D are some things to look at as well. *Note all magnesium is equal. Magnesium malate for me.

Number 1.......most of what you eat are not cows. You eat younger beef cattle......steers and heifers. Old cows might not have many teeth because they are old....not because of antibiotics. Younger beef are more tender and generally way better taste and quality. If we were eating "cows" we wouldn't be eating much beef because it would be tough as leather and the demand wouldn't be there. More cancer from processed foods than from beef. My grandparents and their generations ate meat 3 meals a day and their was hardly any cancer in those days. Hardly any processed foods then......no Diet Cokes. Just like anything on the internet there are videos to show your point of view. I can guarantee you the beef cattle are alive and vibrant right up to the moment they are slaughtered.
