KingRevolver
We're not watching the fight to watch you ref, Bayless. Horrible. Let them fight!
KingRevolver
Wow. Bayless is such trash in this fight. He took a point from Maidana. And anytime Maidana starts throwing a combination, Bayless steps in and needlessly stops them. WTF?
KingRevolver
Absolute garbage officiating.
yisman
every mayweather fight mayweather grabs and holds whenever he's in danger and the referee always comes to his rescue I said after last fight I'd have nightmares of Weeks saying "stopstopstop"
KingRevolver
None of the refs ever call him out on it. Just look at the last ten seconds of the fight as an example. Maidana goes in with a desperation shot... Mayweather holds him, and doesn't let go until there's one second left. Match over.
yisman
it makes for terrible boxing listen to the fans boo mayweather but he does it because it wins him fights he doesn't hurt his opponents, but he lands accurate punches and doesn't let himself get hurt because he loves grabbing and clenching would be nice if mayweather would get warned and then lose points for it but somehow he never does I think if you took the ref out of the equation and let them go at it, Mayweather would get his ass kicked by Maidana. KingRevolver
What do you think of the supposed bite? I didn't see it in the replay. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but I sure as hell didn't see it.
yisman
no one saw it I was watching a stream of BOX Nation (British channel) and they replayed the exchange like five times.
KingRevolver
I still don't see it. Mayweather just bullshitting. I think this fight will produce a bad number.
KingRevolver
Supposedly, Mayweather's next fight in May will either be against Cotto, Khan or Pacquiao. Imagine Floyd fighting Cotto @ 160 for the middleweight title... unreal how this shit just falls on Mayweather's lap. Although, Cotto has had a resurgence in his career since teaming up with Roach. DJDalamar
King have you read Tyson's book? I just finished it he pretty much admits WBA officials were in Don Kings pocket. Which is odd he didn't seem to really need them. I recommend the book BTW for anyone that hasn't read it.
KingRevolver
I've read about a quarter of it, but I'll finish it one of these days. The news about Don King certainly doesn't surprise me. He had everyone in his pocket back in his heyday.
