Yes that was Conner on the mat right after he tapped in the 4th round to a neck crank/rear naked choke. Right after the tap Conners cornerman started yelling shit through the cage at Khabib so Khabib jumps the fence and goes after him. Yes Conner gets attacked by the guy in the black shirt then sucker punched by the guy in red. Both of those guys were khabibs training partners. They got arrested but later released when Conner refused to press charges. The bad blood has been there awhile but got heated up when Khabib and several of his buddies confronted one of Conners best friends Artem Lobov in a hotel several months ago. A few days after the confrontation Conner and several of his Irish buddies attacked a UFC bus with several fighters inside including Khabib. Conner picked up a dolly and slammed it through the bus window injuring a couple fighters inside. He was later arrested and charged with assault. Also leading up to the fight Conner talked shit about Khabibs father, country and religion.
