Now... let's expand our budget to 40 pennies. And now, 10 pennies are spent on defense, and 30 pennies on other expenditures. The percentage decreased because our budget AND SPENDING increased., INCLUDING OUR DEFICIT.. But defense spending as a product of our GDP never changed, and in fact, INCREASED. If you don't understand this child like explanation, then you are the dumbest mother fucker breathing.

Here is the thing you guys need to know about Cop. He's a dummy. Historically-- even at the height of the Cold War----- We spent just 6.8% of our GDP on defense. That's it. 6.8. Obama had it at 5.7 in 2011. 5 of 8 years under Reagan, we spent less than 6% of our GDP on Defense. Cop's bitching about a problem that is simply a continuation of the same level of defense spending as we had under Reagan.

Then tell us, O' Political One-- how much should we spend on national defense?
