Elko
any natural supplements you know of that calm the nerves? i'm usually on edge if i dont smoke weed clean Mediterranean diet, nothing out of a box or can (additives are shite), lots of veggies, fish, olive oil. Not too much pasta. Bowl of cooked rolled oats for b'fast, with walnuts (omega 3 oil) with fruit, cut up apples and cinnamon is good to lower cholesterol must get exercise and will take a few weeks to get drug's shit out of system. Over time, exercise will calm you down. lots of salads. to accelerate exercise, enroll in cross-fit, but make sure they do not drive you ragged. get plenty of sleep. do chess on-line, chart your ratings progress, you should get better over time which shows your sharpening mind. before you handicap sports, play a few games of on-line chess to sharpen your focus. Then: start watching game film, look for trends. Remember you are looking for things the market overlooks. facts:injuries usually overratedmarket dislikes unders and dogs, more value there. try to select from teams the market doesn't like.chart four things: home dogs, home favs, away dogs, away favs: short term trends can make money especially early in seasons. Eat REAL wild caught fish, not farmed. farmed fish is fed shit, it's the natural stuff wild fish eats that gets the omega-3s, the fish oil caps are made from farmed fish. Fish themselves do NOT make the omega-3 oil.
