It was cooked by father in law, the guy is an outstanding cook TBH. Pleasantly surprised when I find a man who is as passionate for cooking as I am, in Costa Rica no other guy in my fam did, and my dad's expertise revolved around BBQ. The shark is fine, I think its lemon shark. Not bad at all, not the best fish but certainly tasty.
