Still cooking in lemon/lime.....for 90min.....might kill Rocket who said I had to use red onions and I can smell them so bad and think it was obpver the top.....going to be pissed as this meal cost like 30 bucks....we'll see......I love ceviche and hope the extra onions don't ruin it....will know in a couple hours...
