Ok so I have a question. The sou vide works great but after getting the vacuum sealer I expected the meat not to lose any juice when it came out of the pot. There was juice. Then I seared it in a iron pan and I waited for 10 minutes to cut it and some more juice came out when I cut it off in pieces. Did I do something wrong or is that normal?
