housepicks Posted February 2, 2019 Report Share Posted February 2, 2019 Get the flat brisket, not the whole brisket. You can smoke on your gas grill if you don’t have a smoker. Put an aluminum pan with water underneath your brisket, off to one side. Don’t use your middle burner or the burner on the brisket side. On the other side you will use just thr one burner for heat.
