Any restrictions you have are due to your provider - Circle, Coinbase etc. They have chosen to not release your bitcoin. Has nothing to do with bitcoin itself or the blockchain. I linked my bank account. But when I go to buy it says available Jan 8th. There is an instant buy option but then it wants my credit card. I'm already leary.
