I would say as of right now it would be hard to find anyone on any gambling forum that could beat me 1-on-1, or be a better flag football player.

Possibly softball/baseball because of weight/power distribution.

I'm bad at golf, excellent at ping pong, brutal at pool.

Flag football is a pussy sport!

I ran a 35:29 10k in a road race as a thirteen (13) year old. I held 2 national age records around that time. (5k, and 5 miles on the track). I was always one of the best in the country (top 10-20) for my age from age 12-21. Qualifying for Kinney (now foot locker) cross country nationals in high school resulted in scholarship offers from a bunch of major D1 schools. Accepted a full athletic scholarship at both Maryland and Florida competing in cross country and indoor and outdoor track. Officially 3 Sports. #winning

Wvu why did you choose to be a runner, were you scared of contact sports? Were you one of those scrawny geeks that would run around with his shirt off every day after school got out?

My elementary school gym teacher suggested to my parents that I take up running races. We moved from NJ to WV at that time and my 2sisters and I started running for the WV Track Club. I was 11 and my sisters were 12. They were very good as well.

I was never big enough for football but I also played basketball, baseball, and soccer

after careful consideration I'm going to award WVU forumville athlete of the year.  Wiener2Wiener had a chance but his 400lb bench presses and 375 yard golf drives pale in comparison to a guy who would hold most state records in track and cross country.  plus WVU is facebook friends with a real life track star from 1992!

Congrats pal!  You won again!

Sorry WVU but you're not the best all around athlete on the forums. Here's why. You are a specialist. You made it to near olympic level in running but that's it. Were you any good at all in the 3 major sports? You probably didn't even play football, basketball or baseball in high school. What athletic accomplishments do you have other than running? You were born into a family with superior running genes. You were an excellent specialist but you were not an all around athlete.

If I didn't run I would have played baseball and/or soccer. i played baseball, soccer, and basketball through middle school. i knew running would pay for college so I stuck with that in high school. I'm probably not the best athlete though I agree. But I have taken my skill to a higher level than most/all in forumville.
