KingRevolver
Fans really get into the game. Cleveland fans get really loud when they are up big. The rest of the time they are quiet and boring. Same with Miami fans. Best fans in the East coast are probably New York Knick fans. Other than that, can't really think of another East coast fan base that's so engaged in the game.

Hardly. No ambience whatsoever. The new Stadium is boring too. Will experience Fenway Park in 7 weeks. Ill report back on the venue and if the fans are overrated or not. KingRevolver
Yeah, I don't know about baseball. But the New York Knick fans are no joke. Their team blows, and they don't care... they boo the team. They're into the game the whole time.

Complete opposite of what you experienced. They priced the real fans out.

Sol Aristatel
BTW. Mets fans were very helpful when we got on the Subway and ended going in the wrong direction. Went like 3 miles before I realized it. Got out and asked 3 guys in Mets jerseys if they were going to the game. They said yes.. I followed them to the correct stop. We came out of the tunnel and saw guys in swat gear going down in. Took a piss at the McDonalds.

As a lifelong Red Sox fan, it's sad to see what has happened to the overall Red Sox fanbase since 2000, and more so since 2004, very sad. joeybagadonuts
RORACLE a tremendous venue to watch basketball. Amazing fans. Also some of the most diverse. Usual crowd is 40% white, 30% black, 20% Asian (Asians LOVE the Warriors) , 10% Mexican. Bay Area sports fans are probably the best in the county. They go to games and back their teams , good or bad. A's fans probably the worst of the bunch. There are a lot of fair weather warrior fans though. Mostly corporate rich guy types.
FISHHEAD
Another great NBA fanbase is up in Portland Portland and San Antionio aided in the fact no other of the big three sports in either city. Saw the Bulls and the Blazers at the Rose Garden(Moda Center now) and the atmosphere in that building was electric, very impressed.......Portland lives for Rip City. I still remember when Amare was playing for the Suns (this was before his major knee surger)... he had this HUGE dunk over Adonal Foyle @ Golden State... The fuckin' fans were flipping out. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! They didn't care their guy got dunked on, they enjoyed it.
