Bfo
Sammy, I do fine right here Plus my wife would never live in Vegas New Orleans is our futureNot a great idea either, you pick and choose when you go to NO and generally don't face the worst of the weather. Best friend just relocated to Bay St Louis, MS and is literally dying from the heat/humidity. Plus you would stick out like a sore thumb there, anyone can blend in as a tourist, a different animal as a resident. Would be nice to be able to get a muffuletta at Central Grocery anytime you want though.

Guest boatboatboat
A porter house IS a Tbone. Simply cut further back on the steer capturing a larger portion of the fillet Both cuts come from the same short Loin
Balco
Porterhouse steaks are cut from the rear end of the short loin and thus include more tenderloin steak, along with (on the other side of the bone) a large strip steak. T-bone steaks are cut closer to the front, and contain a smaller section of tenderloin.
