Maybe it is, but the concept literally makes me gag....literally...Kind of like with the poverty meal challenge...The word ligaments in the chicken description got me. I'm not a vegetarian, I like meat though I don't eat much of it, but seriously bone marrow? I never even knew that was a thing..or if did I forgot it. Same thing with pork rinds.
