Chris Berman may need name tags to identify his new mates in ESPN's NFL pregame studio.

If he is even around to hand them out.

The way things are going in ESPN's NFL studio, you never know. For the shakeup of the "Countdown" shows continues with reports Ray Lewis, a member of the Monday Night panel, is being given the boot.

Also appearing to be out is Cris Carter, a mainstay on Sunday morning "Countdown." The Big Lead first reported the move, saying Fox's Randy Moss could be headed to one of the ESPN shows.

The Daily News previously reported Trent Dilfer, the analyst who worked primarily on the Monday night soiree, is likely leaving the World Wide Leader.

The latest moves are a continuation of ESPN's studio make-over. The Bristol faculty jettisoned Keyshawn Johnson and Mike Ditka following last season.

The two analysts were replaced by Matt Hasselbeck and Charles Woodson.

Now, Berman and Tom Jackson, who joined ESPN in 1987 as its first NFL studio analyst, are the only holdovers from last season.

Show was great back when it wasn't watched much and they just stuck to the basics and Berman was funny. Haven't watched it in years because it is just your basic corporate crap like everything these days. When they started standing around and throwing the football back and forth, it became a joke. You've got to be a moron to take that stuff which is the audience goal I guess.
