If he's such a tough guy, why doesn't he fight the better middleweights out there, instead of cherry-picking welterweights to move up in weight. What would the line beWard didn't fight for like two years because promotional issues. He's now signed to Jay-Z's promotional company, so he's starting to get back into the swing of things.
