only +16 in run differential yet they are 18 games over .500.  Only the twins and A's have allowed more runs in the AL. Houston picked it up in the division and the Mariners should also make a run for the wildcard. Don't think they will be more than 10 games over .500 by seasons end and with there record and perception as best team in the AL they should be heavy juice often. Guaranteed making a profit blindly fading them rest of the way even if they play .500 ball rest of the way.

How long before yu is back? Desmond is likely to come back to earth

Darvish starts Saturday and Kela will rejoin the pen next week.

The Cobra should be back in late August which is helpful becuz of his age.....time off likely helps him.

Look for Texas to deal Gallo and/or maybe Brinson off OKC to snag yet another viable SP for Aug-Oct

The run differential is notable, but their results are not so much multiple 2 run losses as would normally be found given their W/L and +16

Rather it is six games in past five weeks which combined for a -52. Banty seems to be okay with letting the occasional bad start go Really,Bad in order to save bullpen innings

Using a bit of mulligan math, we could say that without those six games they are +68.....And there are not a half dozen inverse results as you might see in Toronto, for example
