So he lives in the country but it has a high cost of living? What?

You get 40 minutes outside of Chicago and a million dollar home goes from 5000 square feet (close west suburbs) to 10000 square feet.

never heard of high cost of living in the country.

my folks bought a house similar in size to the house i was raised in a Michigan resort town to retire... they paid 30% what they paid for the home in the Chicago area.

There this idiot goes again spouting off about shit he doesn't have a clue about.

Look, I could give two shits where he lives. He could live in a shack for all I care. I just stated what I know to be fact. I know where he lives and I know its a very high cost of living to live there compared to many other communities in the state.

Why dont you stick to things you know. Like communism and socialism being polar opposites.

If it's in the SH area, it's cheap. Anything by me along the lake is Chicago-priced, especially in Harbor Country.

I think timely was just confused on what Sol Diablo was talking about.  He says "the community is nice" and "it's beautiful country, high cost of living"

Not everyone speaks 4th grade gym teacher.  Tough to decipher that.

Is the community nice or does he live in the country where there is no community.

What the fuck does "it's beautiful country" mean?  It's a beautiful country?  still makes zero sense.

had no clue. i think my definition of high cost a living - living in Chicago - maybe different than someone in a rural area though?

honestly have no clue.

saw this, and didn't see many red areas in rural counties. Maybe there are some though and they are small communities. no clue.

.

stray dog is solid. was there a couple weeks back.

like wild dog too in douglas.

a guy who was my chef when i worked up there, great guy, actually just won #1 restaurant in South West Michigan this past week; he left the place I worked at and opened his own place. It's called Taste. Really good food - it's in South Haven. I'd recommend it if you head up that way.

Was talking to a buddy a few weeks ago that lives up by your place.  He mentioned it and said he had Alligator something there, said it was delicious and surprising thing to see on the menu.

I tried googling your place to check the menu, but forgot the damn name.  Then tried searching at EOG but the search function is terrible.

You just said you had "no clue" 3 times in one post.  So why do you spout off about shit you don't know about?

It just adds to your legacy of being the forum clown.

Spout off? I posted a chart refuting the concept of expensive rural america living.

as i said, clearly my definition of high cost of living is drastically different than yours.

you live in a state in which there isn't a single county that is above national average so I'll go ahead and say you were comparing it to where you live. Me, living in a major metropolitan area is comparing it to where i live... you see the difference here? someone like me pays 200,000 for a 1 bedroom condo in a suburb of chicago... that would get you a nice house in 99% of rural america.

do you not understand that i couldn't care less about some drunken buffoon calling me a forum clown?

1.  You do not know what community Cop lives in.

2.  You do not know how much his house is worth.

3.  You do not know his income.

Your chart means jack shit.

Stop spouting off about things you have "no clue" about.  That you just admitted 3 times.  Thanks.  Clown.

1.  You can take the drunken part off.  Haven't had a drink since Sunday and won't for another 6 weeks or so.

2.  This buffoon will continue to bury this clown if he keeps spouting off about shit he has "no clue" about.  Carry on.  It's fun sticking it to an arrogant clown who thinks his shit down't stink.

speaking of clowns... who drives through some posters town and then goes back to the hotel and looks up how much the houses cost?  :laugh

jfc

he says he could give two shits where he lives, yet after driving through there he felt compelled to go look up the home prices for a place he doesn't give a shit about.  :laugh

also who said anything about cost of living compared to other parts in a state. I was talking about cost of living on a national level.
