plommer Posted July 20, 2016 Report Share Posted July 20, 2016 They were never an A book IMO (Wally). CS is the worst I've ever experienced, EVER. They charge fees to DEPOSIT! I stopped playing there for years after some bad experiences with the CS dept and only made tiny deposits recently to be eligible for the contests here at TGF. Darn near 9% when you count the 3% B of A charges on top of what BOL charges to process it. I was actually discussing it with my good friend Michael Yanks about a month ago. I really think they keep a single person locked in a basement to handle everything CS related. The various names and voices you may encounter are just to throw customers off. I had a probelm, called in to get it addressed and got the runaround. Subsequent calls on the same issue meant I had to explain everything from the beginning to every different rep I spoke to and they all gave different answers and/or just made shit up or lied to get me to go away and stop bothering them.
