That's what was told before arriving , pretty much was the case, except for on rare, rare instances of very spotty service.

Traffic around Kinnick a nightmare in some areas.

 

As far as Houston, will give you +300 on Houston going undefeated and not making playoffs, $700 limit, send to KINGER by day's end, I can have the money there in seconds($2100 max on my end).....you seem so sure of your ignorance, this shouldn't be a problem for you and a very nice investment for you....... If they lose during regular season or conference title game, all wagers voided.
