The No. 152 overall pick of the draft by the Chiefs, Hogan was waived at final cuts. A "winner" type, Hogan has unimposing physical tools, but is all the clichés — hard worker, high-IQ, gym rat — you could ever want a quarterback to be. He's not that much different from Browns draft pick and current starter Cody Kessler. The Browns would rather take a shot on developing Hogan than suffering through Charlie Whitehurst.
