Hoodrats have feelings.I offered 100k. Ken wanted much more but eventually settled on 200k. That would have been one big mess with BetPhoenix involved in the ownership. EOG was bleeding money at the time, and IMO it was a good time to try to buy it. I had other plans with it involving chess/checkers/backgammon and other gaming sites.
