But in the 400 times I have done this, there has never been a problem. They consistently pretend to be separate books (while somehow also acknowledging sharing certain resources like customer service). The only thing you shouldn't do is double pop a number at both books at the same time. On a side note, these chat records have limited value anyways. I have asked agents to check and triple check that I am eligible for a bonus, only to then deposit and find out I am not. This happened recently at Bookmaker even.
