As ajt noted also, their main focus this year is doing well in champions league which as of now they are (in part due to a favorable draw but took adv of it and won their group and safely into R16) The disappointing team that looks like they wont compete for the title is Man Utd after making some big name purchases in the off season. They are getting on the right track now but probably too late to reasonably win the league this season Looking like it will be a four team race with Chelsea, Liverpool, City and the Gunners.
