Do they go by ranking or does the bowl committee get to choose?Apparently the bowls have some latitude on who they choose, Pitt is always getting passed over for teams with worse records because they don't travel well. From what I've read it seems to be a given that WVU is headed to Orlando, but their opponent could be any of the 3 ACC teams mentioned. I'd be very surprised if FSU isn't headed to the Orange though.
