Driving through a black neighborhood to get to the Mexican town I am working in. Less then have the jigs have shoveled anything.Most that have did a single shovel with down their front porch to the street. Barely any sidewalks. 95% of the Mexicans cleared every inch of concrete and most of it is dry to the touch. It's not racist. It's the truth. Many blacks will not make any concessions for you during periods of snow. They know you coming to replace their furnace and there will be a foot of snow on the ground and they won't do a damn thing. Whites and Mexicans will have their vehicles out of the garage so you can park undisrupted in their driveway. If their is no drive they will move their car when you arrive so when working out of a truck you can do so productively. Ohh, didn't realize you wanted me to drive around the black neighborhoods to check up on them.I did drive through my "subdivision" and noticed which houses shoveled and which waited for for the company to come by at 11pm and do it.
