That's what Trump said - he's not paying 4 billion for an airplane. All of those things count, and frankly Boeing denouncing that it was the price looks shady because that was the price. The only thing petty about it is that Trump ripped them right after the CEO of Boeing took a shot at Trump's trade proposals. When Trump Tower was being built here in Chicago my client was subcontracted to do a 2 million dollar job of installing indoor greenery and patios for all the units on one of the floors. Trump's people told Sid, before we hire you Mr. Trump needs to speak with you. We will notify you in advance to make sure your available for the call. Trump's people call Sid and Mr. Trump and Sid have a conversation. Trump tries to talk my client down to 1.5 million. Sid sticks to his guns. Trump gave in a tells Sid, I've heard good things about you, your hired but I'll have my eye on you. Sid's boss wasn't confident they'd get paid. Trump had a bad reputation of not paying vendors and contractors. My client did get paid. I don't think the Deutsche Bank has been paid? That needs to be researched.
