Their clientele is more square and must be willing to pay the extra juice?  I would be afraid of scaring off action but they must have some sharp players that ea them for lunch if they go to 1/2 point more with normal juice???

They aren't scaring off action because the -115s are a half point lower. They just prefer to list 144 -115 on certain games instead of 144.5.

They do get a lot more overs bettors so maybe they think they get more volume by listing games a half point lower. But they only do it on certain games but it is a lot of them and they will open numbers in that manner. Nobody else does that. Can't figure out what they are up to.

They will also generally stick to that with the game and just switch to -105/-115 on the number if it gets bet down at Bookmaker,

Only thing I can figure is that they have profiled their customers and know they lose on overs and think the -115s will make them more money with the push percentages being in their favor and the lower number makes someone more likely to bet it. Maybe think by mixing those in they get more action.

I would think so. But they do a lot of profiling and seem to have hired some finance guys to design their bonuses to maximally exploit their customer base so maybe they got some tips.

Maybe they do now.

The profiling they did back in the day was:  shade everything to favorite, if player bets dog more than a few times switch them to a lineset that didn't.  They did have the odd -115 shit back then too though.   so like market line is +7,  their square line would be +8 -115  and the sharp line +7 -115.    sometimes even the sharp line would end up arbable with pinny

Yeah. They don't really do any of that anymore. You can't even get a half point off them this year with basketball. There were very few in football. They still like to -115 stuff a lot but it is almost always on market.
