The last time I checked about 2 years ago I removed about 30k from accounts that hadn't wagered in over a year. Some of them only had the original deposit, no wagers. Pretty odd.

Probably all Sol's accounts have you seen his bank account balance?? Guy has life clocked!! And his salary includes gym shorts!!

So how does it work George?

 

If a client doesn't wager for 1 year you just zero out the account? Is that SOP? And if they call up you reload the money into the account?

how did you get his account/password info and get the money?

 

if i were a sportsbook i would ask for so much paperwork that you would eventually give up

I knew his private type info. Called and said I forgot my account number and password. Answered the security questions accurately that they had on file. Logged onto account. Requested payout sent to address on file which of course was his wife's address.

 

They never knew he passed away.
