Cop
Well you probably don't know that they died but has anyone just disappeared with a balance still there? Wonder how often this happens? Do books make an effort to return it(doubtful)?

HRWager
The last time I checked about 2 years ago I removed about 30k from accounts that hadn't wagered in over a year. Some of them only had the original deposit, no wagers. Pretty odd.

And if they call up you reload the money into the account?

Called and said I forgot my account number and password. Answered the security questions accurately that they had on file. Logged onto account. Requested payout sent to address on file which of course was his wife's address. They never knew he passed away.
