But currently I believe they are sold as timeshares only. So I don't think you could purchase one like a regular condo/home. But not 100% sure on this. they are only a couple yrs old. Also the remodeled rooms are VERY nice. Older rooms are indeed dated but fine. Pool area is quiet and clean. Never any kids. Pool is especially enjoyable for aviation enthusiasts like me.
