Chiraq. 3550 shootings in 2016762 murders by gun fire 2016 Want to make an impact?......... Pick the highest concentrated areas of those crimes. Station freaking National Guards on every corner, alley 24/7. Watch that number drop by 75% or we can take the same amount of money......................and try to watch the Canadian border for Muslims sneaking in Now which does the most to make America and Americans safe? Now in the area where those shootings are. Have a federal project and give ??? GM the $ to build a plant that employees 500 people. Have the Feds for 10 years subsidize their salaries. Give 2nd chances to people with criminal records who apply. hire them. Random drug test them once hired.........you fail, you are gone. Create some jobs.............make a child not scared to walk home from school. Give a 22 year old who messed up a REAL chance to do better. Expensive?................you bet your ass. But in the long run...............cheaper than what we have been doing.
