Sol Aristatel
NY Strip Why not a T-Bone or Porterhouse? You get your NY Strip, and then the bonus of the filet on the other side.

Favorite steak in the world is the 16oz NY Strip at Strip House pal. Have gone to Morton's, Capital Grille, Sullivan's and ordered the Strip Steak and none even come close. It's fucking incredible. Didn't you go there on my recommendation? Can't remember if you went or just said you were gonna try and make it?

joeybagadonuts
Typically prefer RIBEYE if cooking at home. If I'm at a really good steakhouse , usually go NY Strip A1? Not even fucking once!!!

Guest pocketrockets
A1 is a big no no for a quality steak... leave that for shitty cuts Now, Argentinian chimichurri as a side dressing for an ocassional bite with a great quality steak is the way to go
